I'm a writer, artist, guitarist, folklorist, disgruntled veteran, and mom with a PhD I use to write steamy romantasy novels and front a metal band. Obviously, that's what PhDs are for. Older books (Circle Series) are YA portal fantasy adventure novels featuring grumpy dragons, sassy shapeshifters, snarky unicorns, and meddling deities loosely inspired by Slavic mythology. I wrote them in high school and published them for funzies in my early 20s with a marketing budget of precisely $0, so do with that information what you will.
